Steph takes on every project with the same passion Van Gogh once did, with one exception, he has both ears on his head...better for listening to what you have to say.
Known for his Texas drawl, high energy, and exceptional abilities in concept development and practicality, Steph has earned a reputation of pushing ideas beyond the status quo and attaining successful results for his clients. Projects include support of research and development, advertising and marketing, business-to-business communication, community and public relations, and various other media. Organizations he has recently served include Sodexo Health, The Center for Prostate Disease Research, and Airman Magazine.
Steph started his design career as a sign painter in 1978 and has experienced a rewarding career illustrating and designing products for a diverse range of clientele.
Steph has received numerous design awards to include Texas Katie Awards of Excellence for publication design and illustration categories. His thoughts and design work have been published at No-Spec!, DG USA, LogoLounge Book 5 and Master Series Book 1. He also had an interview recently published in The Graphic Designers Guide to Portfolio Design (second edition), written by Debbie Myers. Additionally, he is an active member of the AIGA, GFAF, InDesign Users Group, and The Air Force Art Program Society of Illustrators.
